Introduction At A&R Auto Detailing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If a service was not completed as described or did not meet reasonable quality standards.

  • If an appointment is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances and rescheduling is not an option.

Non-Refundable Conditions Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The service has been fully completed and meets industry standards.

  • A cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • The customer provides incorrect or incomplete information that affects the service quality.

  • The vehicle is in an extreme condition that was not disclosed at the time of booking.

Rescheduling & Cancellations Customers may reschedule an appointment at no additional charge if done at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Processing Time Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
